United we all send, divided we fall...

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your overwhelming support during this difficult time. Those of you who made the decision not to freeze your memberships, those of you who un froze frozen memberships and those who have purchased 10 visit passes as well as gift cards. It means the world to us knowing that this amazing community will come back stronger than ever (maybe not in a climbing sense... :( once this all passes.

As you would all be aware, the plan was to continue billing as usual and then just credit it back to you all once we re open. At this stage, we have however decided not to go ahead with running the monthly billing so none of you will be charged at all.

This decision has been made as we have managed to negotiate a deal with our landlord for rent and now with the JobKeeper payments hopefully coming through we feel that while it will be difficult and certainly tight for the forceable future, most people in our community are in a similar position so we don't want to put any extra stress on any of you either!

All accounts have been placed on hold for the duration that we are closed and credit will be applied to all EFT Members for the portion of the March billing cycle that we were closed. This credit will be applied to everyone's accounts for the first billing cycle when we re open.

All pre paid memberships will also have their expiry dates extended for the duration of our closure.

No action is required at all. This will all be sorted out for everyone.

If by some chance you do however find yourself in a position with a bit of stimulus package or extra $$ you're looking to part with... Then by all means, jump on our website and purchasing yourself (or someone else) a gift card to use once we re open! We will be ever grateful :)
