Role Overview
As a Climbing Instructor, you’ll be on the front line of our customer experience. Whether you're leading a kids' birthday party, coaching a first-timer, or running a school or corporate group, your role is all about creating a fun, inclusive, and safe climbing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and safe instruction to individuals and groups of all ages
Facilitate school bookings, kids' parties, and group sessions
Provide belay support and supervise climbers to ensure safety
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organised facility
Support front desk operations when needed (greeting, harness fitting, general enquiries)
About You
Friendly, patient, and confident communicating with kids and adults
Passionate about climbing and introducing it to others
Able to lead and manage group activities with energy and clarity
A team player who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
Punctual, reliable, and proactive
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous climbing experience (gym or outdoor) preferred
Experience working with children or groups is a bonus
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (required)
Available to work weekends, evenings, and during school holidays
